UNDERSTANDING PSM
PSM is an effective safety management system that helps to prevent fires, explosions and toxic releases that could expose employees and others to serious hazards in process industries.
For PSM system to be effective a systematic approach is required to evaluate the process design, process technology, process changes, operational and maintenance activities, non-routine activities, emergency preparedness, training etc.
ASM Services Sdn. Bhd. employs the Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) guidelines developed by Centre for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) and OSHA PSM guidelines to assess the above mentioned attributes and customize the PSM system to suit the requirements of the facility.
